Warranty and Return Policy on Didrick Medical Inc's products
Didrick Medical warrants the X-Finger to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months
from the date the X-Finger is delivered to the intended user. This
warranty is enforceable only by the original intended user. During
the warranty period Didrick Medical shall, either repair or replace
the X-Finger, free of charge if the X-Finger proves defective upon
inspection by Didrick Medical. To obtain warranty service, the
purchaser must first call or write to Didrick Medical at the phone
number or address below to obtain a Return Authorization
Number and instructions of where to send the X-Finger for service.
All inquiries must be accompanied by a description of the problem.
All authorized returns must be sent to Didrick Medical postage
prepaid, insured and properly packaged. Didrick Medical reserves
the right to update any X-Finger for repair. Didrick
Medical also reserves the right to change or improve the design
of the product without prior notice. This warranty does not cover
claims for damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration or attempted
repair by unauthorized personnel, and is limited to failures
arising during normal use. Any implied warranties, including
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this limited
warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not
apply to you.
In no event shall Didrick Medical be liable for incidental,
consequential, or other damages resulting from the breach of any
express or implied warranty, including, among other things,
damage to property, damage based on inconvenience or on loss
of use of the product, and, to the extent permitted by law,
damages for personal injury. Some states do not allow for the
exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other legal rights, which vary
from state to state.
Return Policy:
Didrick Medical Inc will assemble a device for your patient to try in your office. But your patient must sign off on the device before taking it out of your office. Once the patient leaves your office with the device it is then a sold device and cannot be returned for a refund. But, once the device has left your office the warranty is in affect and the device can be returned to our facility for repairs at no cost for the period of one year.
If a patient signs off on a device, thereby allowing you to collect the funds through their insurance carrier, the device can still be returned to us at a later date for additional adjustments at no charge. But, the patient must decide whether the device is something they will ultimately keep before leaving your office with the device; as it can no longer be returned for a refund.
We also ask that once a device is shipped to your office that you make every attempt to see your patient within two weeks of receiving the device. We offer a grace period of no longer than 30 days to either fit the device or have it returned to our facility. Once 30 days after shipping a device has passed, the device is now considered sold; unless confirmation of delivery at least three weeks prior cannot be shown.
In the US we ship all devices via Priority mail; unless otherwise specified or requested. Depending on the location of your facility, the typical delivery time is between 2-3 days. Therefore, under normal circumstances you will typically have approximately 27 days after receiving the device to either fit the device to your patient or return the device to our facility for a refund or adjustments. Although there is a time limit on returns, there is no time limit on adjustments. Once adjustments are made and the device is returned to your facility the same requirements above apply starting again on the return shipping date of the device.
